HITech (Heimdall Intelligent Technology) continues to automate parking-lot operations. Beyond license-plate recognition, parking-fee calculation, and automatic payment, e-invoice issuance, number-track management, and error handling now run automatically inside the parking management system.
For parking-lot owners and management teams, the real hassle of e-invoicing is usually not "issuing a single invoice," but the ongoing management work behind it:
How many numbers are left in the current track? Is the next period ready? Did the invoice upload succeed? Who handles it when something goes wrong?
Heimdall hands this recurring checking work to the system, so administrators no longer have to keep spending time and effort tracking invoice status.
Automatic number-track monitoring — no manual watching at period rollover
E-invoices draw from government-allocated invoice number tracks, generally issued one two-month period at a time, so beyond issuing invoices the system also has to keep track of the currently usable track, how many numbers remain, and the next period's track.
Heimdall continuously monitors number-track usage, entering the replenishment and preparation flow before the usable count runs low and confirming the next period's track is ready — reducing the risk of being unable to issue invoices when a track runs out or a period rollover isn't bridged.
With automated e-invoice number-track management, administrators don't need to calculate remaining numbers themselves, nor remember when the next period's track must be handled.
When payment completes, the e-invoice is issued automatically
E-invoicing is integrated directly into Heimdall's parking payment flow.
Whether it's automatic payment, manual counter checkout, or monthly-rent billing, once payment is complete the system can trigger e-invoice issuance automatically, with no extra action from on-site staff.
For a parking lot with a high volume of daily transactions, this is not just one fewer step — it removes a large amount of repetitive daily work.
Failed uploads retry automatically — people are notified only for exceptions
When an e-invoice fails to upload because of a temporary network or platform issue, Heimdall automatically queues it for retry and re-checks the invoice's status before reprocessing, reducing the risk of issuing a duplicate for the same transaction.
Only if the retries still can't complete does the system notify an administrator to step in.
This is the core of Heimdall's e-invoice automation:
let the system handle the normal flow, and bring in people only when something genuinely goes wrong.
For operators managing multiple parking lots, residential communities, enterprises, or commercial-office sites, the more sites there are, the higher the cost of manually tracking number-track and invoice status. Centralized, automated management puts staff time into the exceptions that genuinely need judgment, instead of confirming the normal path every day.
From parking payment to back-office operations, automated together
E-invoice automation is one part of HITech Heimdall's smart-parking integration solution.
We continue to bring license-plate recognition, access control, parking-fee calculation, automatic payment, e-invoicing, and back-office operations management together into one parking management architecture — not just so a parking lot can collect fees automatically, but to further reduce the manpower and management attention that day-to-day operations require.
If you're planning parking-lot e-invoicing or automatic fee-collection equipment, or want to reduce the invoice- and number-track-management burden across multiple parking sites, contact HITech Heimdall Intelligent Technology — we can propose a suitable parking-system integration based on your existing equipment, payment model, and management architecture.
