Taiwan Parking Upload Now Available as a Free Download

Heimdall Intelligent Technology has long supported parking lots across Taiwan with management system deployments. Through that work we repeatedly met hotels, restaurants, residential complexes, and other private parking operators who were required by their city governments to upload real-time available-spot data but had no management system to interface with.

We've cleaned up our internal tool — built as a side-product of that ecosystem work — and released it publicly as Taiwan Parking Upload.

The v1.1.0 release is a Windows portable edition: unzip and run, no IT engineer required. A GUI setup wizard walks first-time users through entering city credentials, after which the tool automatically reports spot counts at the required interval (every 10 minutes / on every change) and runs quietly from the system tray. XML / SOAP packets conform strictly to government specifications. Taichung and New Taipei are supported today.
