I Am Your Eyes Wins Honorable Mention in Software Application Category at 19th Yushow Cup Creative Awards

This project was created by HITech interns during their university studies as an entry to a student creative competition.

Our work combines deep learning and edge computing devices, installing an automated license plate recognition system on police motorcycles or vehicles, hoping to help reduce traffic hazards caused by distracted police officers through the system.

After the automated license plate recognition system detects traffic violations in real-time, the information is integrated and displayed on a web page, and can be extended to other applications such as issuing parking violation tickets and tracking stolen vehicle historical locations.
